    As a **Security Officer - School Campus Patrols Full-Time** in **Philadelphia, PA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Education, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within an educational location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a welcoming presence. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and offer outstanding customer service and communication.     What You'll Do:

    + Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergencies as appropriate.

    + Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.

    + Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a security-related presence.

    + Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or security-related incidents encountered during patrols.

    + Assist students, staff, and visitors with directions or information as needed while maintaining a professional Allied Universal presence.

    + Collaborate with local authorities and campus personnel as directed during incidents or emergencies.

    + Complete detailed reports on all incidents, observations, and activities during each shift as required by Allied Universal and site procedures.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Must be at least 21 years of age.

    + Ability to ride a bike for long periods of time is preferred.

    + Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

    + Access control or badge experience is preferred.

    + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

    + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
