Advertising Operations Intern

every day with content that informs, entertains, and captivates. We are looking for an energetic,
detail-oriented Advertising Operations Intern (24 hrs/week) to join our fast-paced Ad Ops
team this spring. This is an exciting opportunity to learn the ins and outs of digital advertising,
from campaign management to optimizing ad processes, while contributing directly to the
success of our revenue operations.
As part of our Ad Ops team, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that our digital advertising
campaigns run smoothly, helping to drive revenue and support the growth of our media brands.
You'll gain invaluable experience working in one of the most high-energy, innovative
environments in the media industry and have the chance to make a real impact.
Note: This internship is scheduled to run from February 2, 2026 - April 10, 2026 . Participants
are expected to work part time hours and adhere to our on-site work schedule. Open to current
juniors and seniors pursuing a BA, MA students, and recent graduates who completed their
degree within the past year
What You’ll Do:
• Gain a deep understanding of our site’s ad functionality and become familiar with the
diverse ad products we offer to clients.
• Perform quality assurance checks on digital advertisements, ensuring flawless execution
across platforms.
• Research and identify potential advertising partners, helping us expand revenue
opportunities.
• Create and maintain reporting for the Revenue Operations team, providing valuable
insights and updates on campaign performance.
• Complete digital specification sheets with precision, supporting the success of
campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Assist with campaign management, ensuring smooth execution from inception to launch.
• Work within our ad servers to help streamline systems and processes, optimizing for
efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
What We’re Looking For:
• A proactive, organized, and self-sufficient individual who thrives in a fast-paced,
constantly evolving environment.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks while maintaining
attention to detail.
• A keen interest in digital media and advertising, with a curiosity and eagerness to learn
the intricacies of ad operations.
• Comfort working independently, as well as collaborating within a team to achieve shared
goals.
• An enthusiastic attitude toward contributing to the advertising landscape, with a drive to
optimize and improve ad processes.
• Familiarity with ad operations tools or a willingness to learn new platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
