**Adecco Healthcare** is partnering with our client in Knoxville, TN to hire an RN II for their Outpatient Clinic. This role is in person/onsite.
**Type:** Temp to Perm
**Hours:** Monday - Thursday 8a-4:30p/Friday - 8a-3p
**Pay Range:** $66,000-$82,000/year - based on experience
Responsibilities Include:
+ Adheres to established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program and safety standards
+ Precepts new employees/students as needed. Reviews clinical performance of preceptee with office manager or clinical instructor/supervisor
+ Cooperates with other personnel to achieve department objectives and maintain good employee relations, interdepartmental objectives and infection control policies
+ Prepares patients for scheduled procedures and assists in patient assessment. Accurately records history and performs basic triage procedures per policy
+ After retrieving condition of patients, creates nursing history and discusses recommendations for appropriate interventions to appropriate practitioner
+ Clinical expertise and knowledge is such that individual can resolve complex patient/management/physician problems without direct supervision
+ Demonstrates sensitivity to patient's comfort and privacy by using the AIDET fundamentals of communication
+ Assist providers with examinations, procedures and other processes related to direct patient care
+ Maintains a safe, comfortable and therapeutic environment for patients/families during their visit
+ Monitors and ensures accuracy of recording on patient medical records. Maintains all required reports, records, statistics, etc.
+ Ensures an adequate stock of supplies and well-maintained equipment.
Requirements Include:
+ HS Diploma or GED. Graduation from an accredited RN program
+ TN issued RN licensure - active/good standing
+ Minimum 3 years of Nursing experience
**Pay Details:** $66,000.00 to $82,000.00 per year
