Adecco is currently looking for an Accounting Associate. This is a direct hire opportunity, with starting pay rates of 55k/year (plus bonus and Milage)!

Responsibilities:
+ Accounts Payable: Enter and update vendor invoices, process payment checks and associated reports.
+ Respond to vendor inquiries till satisfaction as required
+ Account Receivable: Enter and send sales invoices, process cash receipt by check, wire transfer and cash payments daily.
+ Bank and credit card reconciliation
+ Collection of Aged Receivable: Send statements to the customers, communicate with customers by phone and email to collect payments.
+ Payroll : Assist Accounting Manager in processing payroll by verifying overtime and PTO
Requirements:
+ Accounting degree required
+ 3+ year experience required
+ Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills
+ Accounting Software experience necessary

**Pay Details:** $55,000.00 per year
