    Adecco is hiring immediately for brush operators with our client in Louisville, KY. Brush operators do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, starting pay at $20 - $22/hr., plus available overtime. As a brush operator, you will collaborate with a team to set up and operate machines at a minimum efficiency rate while meeting productivity, quality and safety requirements. You will perform periodic troubleshooting and adjustments to build quality parts while making parts uniform to engineering drawing specifications.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

    • 6 months to 2 years related industrial experience

    • Ability to safely set up, operate and maintain CNC based brush manufacturing equipment

    • Previous experience must show a proven history of mechanical ability or related technical degree

    • Ability to perform routine machine changeovers using hand tools

    • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., stand for 8+ hours a shift and ability to be flexible in work schedules including overtime to meet deadlines

    **Pay Details:** $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
