    Description

    Robert Half is partnering with a reputable healthcare organization in Louisville Kentucky seeking a motivated and customer-focused Level 1 Help Desk Analyst for a contract position. This role is responsible for providing first-line technical support to clinical and administrative staff in a fast-paced medical environment. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting users in a patient-care driven setting.

    Responsibilities:

    + Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming help desk inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing system

    + Provide Level 1 troubleshooting for hardware, software, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices

    + Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365 applications, and standard healthcare systems and tools

    + Assist in account setup, password resets, access permissions, and basic Active Directory tasks

    + Perform computer imaging, deployment, and configuration of workstations and laptops for new and existing staff

    + Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and escalate unresolved issues to Level 2/3 teams as needed

    + Ensure timely resolution of tickets in alignment with SLAs

    + Maintain strong communication with clinical teams to minimize downtime and support patient care operations

    + Follow IT security, compliance, and HIPAA guidelines at all times

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + 1–2 years of IT support or help desk experience preferred

    + Experience imaging computers and deploying workstations required

    + Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking concepts, and Microsoft 365

    + Previous experience in a healthcare or HIPAA-regulated environment is a plus

    + Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills

    + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
