    About the Position

     

    We are partnering with a mission-driven non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the San Diego community. This is a contract-to-hire Client Experience role for individuals who are passionate about helping others and providing high-quality service.

     

    This position requires fluency in both English and Spanish and the ability to commute on-site daily.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Serve as a primary point of contact for community members via inbound and outbound calls

    + Provide accurate information, guidance, and support to individuals and families

    + Deliver a positive client experience through professional and compassionate communication in English and Spanish

    + Document interactions clearly and accurately in internal systems

    + Follow established procedures, policies, and compliance guidelines

    + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective support

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications

    + Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

    + Previous experience in customer service, call center, or client-facing roles

    + Strong communication and active listening skills

    + Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism

    + Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

    + Preferred Experience

    + Experience working with non-profit, social services, or community-based organizations

    + Familiarity with CRM or call documentation systems

    + Prior contract-to-hire experience
