Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple application development projects from initiation to delivery. In this role, you will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate project plans, oversee timelines and budgets, and act as the main point of contact between technical and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing complex software initiatives in an agile, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead the end-to-end management of multiple concurrent application development projects, ensuring objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.

+ Develop project plans, scope, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.

+ Coordinate and motivate multidisciplinary teams of developers, QA professionals, business analysts, and UX/UI designers.

+ Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and project meetings following agile methodologies.

+ Track project progress, deliverables, and dependencies using project management tools.

+ Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders at all levels, providing clear and concise reporting.

+ Proactively identify and resolve project issues, roadblocks, and resource constraints.

+ Ensure compliance with company standards, data security, and quality assurance processes.

+ Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and best practices.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

+ Proven experience managing multiple application development projects simultaneously.

+ Proficiency with agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).

+ Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

+ Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.

+ Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.

+ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.
