As an HAEA employee, you will provide dedicated support to Hyundai Translead - a leading manufacturer of dry and refrigerated van trailers, domestic containers, container chassis and converter dollies for the North American transportation industry. Hyundai Translead is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hyundai Motor Company Korea headquartered in San Diego, CA with three state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities located in Tijuana, Mexico.
Role Overview
The Sr. SAP SD Business Process Analyst will analyze, define, and develop the organization's sales and distribution (SD) business processes within SAP ERP and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365). Assess requirements for Internal business processes, ensuring compatibility with manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics operations while aligning with organizational strategic goals. Implement new processes, evaluate existing ones, and recommend optimal solutions and improvements. Partner with business process owners and management on strategic initiatives. Utilize quantitative analysis methodology to perform data, cost-benefit, and process measurement analysis. Research industry trends for applying process improvement techniques and best practices. Additional roles & responsibilities will include , but not be limited to:
+ Develop, implement, and maintain SAP SD, LE (Logistics Execution), MM (Materials Management), and related systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
+ Configure functions and workflow to facilitate ERP integration with other applications
+ Define requirements, scope, and objectives and translating into ERP solutions
+ Collaborate with IT/business teams, external consultants, end users and other stakeholders
+ Create user guides, training curriculum, policies, and other pertinent documentation
+ Research, troubleshoot, and mitigate transactional and other ERP issues
+ Perform business systems and workflow analysis, and disseminating technical communications
+ Consult for existing ERP ECC continuous improvement and preparations for S4/HANA migration
+ Develop architectural and process documentations for Sales ERP domain, BPM and BPML
+ Update and maintain all SAP ERP functional documentations

Basic Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science or equivalent experience
+ 5+ years of SAP ERP Module consulting, development, delivery, and operation experience, with a focus on manufacturing, heavy machinery, or logistics.
+ 5+ years of hands-on SAP SD functional experience, including pricing, order processing, ATP (Available-to-Promise), billing, and logistics execution.
+ 2+ years of ABAP programming and program delivery experience for enhancements and custom developments.
+ Experience with SAP S/4HANA Migration from ECC, with an understanding of new SD functionalities In S/4HANA.
+ Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM for customer relationship management, sales automation, and integration with SAP SD.
+ Experience in Business Process Re-engineering within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
+ Good communication skills - Oral and Written
+ Occasional travel may be required.
Preferred Qualifications:

Salary range: $98,060 - $151,008
