An established, financially strong, family-owned manufacturing company is expanding its Technology leadership team—and this is a rare chance to step into a refined, hands-on IT Infrastructure Leadership role with real influence.

This role combines technical depth with people leadership, guiding a tight‑knit team of ~6 (Help Desk + Systems Engineers) while staying close to the technology that keeps operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT operations team.

• Stay hands-on with escalations across Windows, networking, virtualization, M365, and automation.

• Own the reliability, security, and performance of all core IT infrastructure.

• Oversee patching, backups, disaster recovery, documentation, and audits.

• Drive process improvements, reduce risk, and partner with leadership on strategy and budgeting.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience.

• 2+ years of team leadership or management.

• Strong expertise in:

• Windows environments & Active Directory

• Microsoft 365 & Azure AD

• Virtualization (Nutanix, VMware, or Hyper‑V)

• Networking fundamentals

• Proven success in IT security, DR/backup strategies, and operational excellence.

• Excellent communication and a service-driven mindset.
