    We are seeking a Safety Manager to join our expanding operations in Phoenix. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our team across various local job sites, including projects at Intel, TSMC, and other data center and commercial projects throughout the valley.

    Responsibilities

    + Inspect job sites to identify safety, health, and environmental risks.

    + Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, owner requirements, and company policies/procedures.

    + Train craft personnel on new employee orientation and other assigned construction safety training programs.

    + Draft inspection reports to document regular site inspection findings.

    + Anticipate, identify, evaluate, and correct hazardous conditions.

    + Develop Activity (Job) Hazard Analyses (AHA/JHAs) for all new major work processes.

    + Act as the immediate point of contact for job site injuries, incidents, or near-misses involving employees and/or equipment.

    + Identify and protect evidence in place, note conditions, conduct interviews, take appropriate follow-up actions, and assist with the analysis.

    Essential Skills

    + 5+ years in a construction safety position, with 2+ years in a management role.

    + Extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations and policies.

    + Experience running safety trainings.

    + Experience working with subcontractors.

    + OSHA 510 certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Associates or Bachelor's degree in EHS or a construction-related field.

    + CHST and/or CSP certification.

    + Experience supporting semiconductor or data center projects, such as Intel or TSMC.

    + OSHA 30 & 510, CHST, CSP, OSHA 500, Semiconductor, Cleanroom experience.

    Work Environment

    The Safety Manager will oversee projects in the Phoenix Metro area, with site visits to Intel or TSMC. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, with hours to be determined. It is a salaried exempt position. The work environment is casual and respectful, with a balanced atmosphere, providing mentorship and advancement opportunities.     This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $115000.00/hr.
