    Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description

     

    We are seeking a dedicated Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for gluing packages together and packaging carbon filters efficiently. You will need to lift items weighing between 25-40 pounds and maintain both sitting and standing positions consistently throughout your shift. You will also perform regular visual inspections and measurements of products, conduct routine maintenance, clean equipment, and track production data while completing required reports.

    Responsibilities

    + Glue packages together and package carbon filters.

    + Lift items weighing between 25-40 pounds.

    + Maintain both sitting and standing positions consistently.

    + Perform regular visual inspections and measurements of products.

    + Conduct routine maintenance and clean equipment.

    + Track production data and complete required reports.

    + Communicate any issues to supervisors or other team members.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with extrusion, production, and machine operation.

    + Ability to work on a production line and operate extrusion machines.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Very entry-level position suitable for those with basic machine operation skills.

    + Experience in packaging filtration products for shipment is beneficial.

    Work Environment

    The work environment is a machine shop where the products are made from coconut shells ground into a fine black carbon powder. While the machines are not loud, the environment can be very dirty, and the black charcoal can stain clothes.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Temecula, CA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
