    Job Title: Carpenter** **Job Description

     

    Engage in new construction, renovations, and remodels of residential and commercial properties.

    Responsibilities

    + Engage in residential and commercial new construction, renovations, and remodels.

    + Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

    + Use and maintain various tools and equipment as needed.

    + Keep work areas clean and organized.

    + Perform exterior and interior general framing, including wood framing.

    + Complete interior trim installs, cabinets, and countertops.

    + Build decks, install flooring, and perform interior/exterior door installations.

    + Install windows, siding, and roofing.

    + Competently perform tape measuring layouts.

    + Understand and calculate wall form fractions.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficient in construction and carpentry.

    + Experience in framing and finish carpentry.

    + Knowledgeable in drywall and rough carpentry.

    + Ability to perform trim carpentry, and install windows, doors, siding, and roofing.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with framing carpentry.

    + Competence in trim carpentry.

    + Skills in installing windows and doors.

    + Experience with siding and roofing.

     

    Work Environment

     

    Work in smaller crews consisting of 8 internal field employees on new construction and renovation/remodel projects.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $79040.00/yr.
