    _Production Operator- Start ASAP- Weekly Pay_

     

    _Location: Sioux Falls, SD_

     

    _Pay: $18/hour_

     

    _Hours: Monday-Friday, 7 am- 4:30 pm_

     

    _As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for pouring materials into molds and operating machinery to distribute the material through the mold. Once the product is complete, you will lift and place it on the table, fabricate and polish custom edges, and ensure the quality of the final product._

    _Responsibilities:_

    + _Pour materials into molds and operate machinery for material distribution._

    + _Lift and place completed products weighing between 50-100 pounds._

    + _Fabricate and polish custom edges to meet quality standards._

    + _Maintain an organized inventory and loading process._

    + _Ensure quality by inspecting products and operating machinery efficiently._

    _Essential Skills:_

    + _Minimum of 6 months industrial/manufacturing experience._

    + _Ability to lift between 50-100 pounds._

    + _Capability to work on feet throughout the day._

    + _Maintain a good attendance record from previous positions._

    + _Dexterity for operating tools and machinery._

    _Additional Skills & Qualifications:_

    + _Proficient with hand and power tools._

    + _Attention to detail in all tasks._

    _Work Environment:_

     

    _The work takes place in a well-maintained facility that can get dusty, with air movement but no air conditioning. The position requires working from 7 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Thursday and 7 am to 11 am on Friday. Employees enjoy two paid 10-minute breaks and a 30-minute unpaid break._

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
