    We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Production Associates to join our team for the B and D NIGHT Shifts. This role offers a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, supporting production manufacturing processes to meet customer deadlines.

    Responsibilities

    + Support production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines.

    + Perform testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging tasks.

    + Operate within established policies and procedures, seeking approval for deviations.

    + Maintain a working knowledge of production standards and goals.

    + Follow detailed instructions and work under close supervision.

    + Complete routine tasks using acquired job skills and company procedures.

    Essential Skills

    + Basic computer skills, including navigation and use of basic programs.

    + Experience with basic Excel for documentation and Outlook.

    + Ability to adapt to changes in work plans, priorities, and management decisions.

    + Capability to support improvement initiatives and actively participate in enhancing the work environment.

    + Ability to work cooperatively in a team and cross-functional teams as needed.

    + Maintain a level temperament in stressful environments.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Previous electronic manufacturing experience is a plus.

    + Strong mechanical aptitude and flexibility to help in other departments.

    + Open to entry-level candidates from retail, fast food, food services, and other manufacturing fields.

    + High School diploma or equivalent GED is preferred.

    + One or more years of related experience is preferred.

    + Good oral and written communication skills.

    + Attention to detail and ability to learn and complete different tasks frequently.

    Work Environment

    Work in a manufacturing environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and moderate noise levels. The role involves shifts from 6pm to 6am, with the option to sit or stand during the 10-hour shift. Candidates must be able to frequently reach at waist level and lift no more than 10-15 lbs.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, ID.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $17.60 - $17.60/hr.
