Job Title: Warehouse and Delivery Specialist

Job Description

This role involves managing the receipt and organization of deliveries, as well as the preparation and loading of products for delivery. The job entails delivering various home construction products, including windows, doors, and frames, to sites ranging from San Jose to Healdsburg. The position is **labor-intensive** , **requiring both warehouse management and driving responsibilities.**

Responsibilities

+ Unload and receive deliveries from suppliers.

+ Organize and store products in the warehouse.

+ Load vans for delivery to customer sites.

+ Ensure safe and timely delivery of products to residential and light commercial projects.

+ Climb stairs while carrying products, as projects may include multi-story buildings.

+ Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in warehouse operations and product movement.

+ **Ability to lift and move heavy products, up to 75-100 pounds.**

+ **Clean DMV record** , as the role will transition to include driving responsibilities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience handling windows, doors, and furniture.

+ Capability to safely load and unload products.

+ Good organizational skills for sorting shipments.

Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Martinez, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
