    Maintenance Technician – Night Shift

    Schedule:

    + **Mon–Thu:** 11:00 PM – 8:30 AM

    + **Fri:** 11:00 PM – 4:30 AM

    + **Training:** Conducted on 1st shift

     

    We’re looking for a dependable **Maintenance Technician** to support night‑shift operations and ensure our facility and equipment run safely and efficiently. This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and essential to keeping production moving.

     

    •** **Key Responsibilities

    + Follow all Plant and Safety Rules, GMP standards, and PPE requirements

    + Perform general maintenance and repair on buildings, facilities, and equipment

    + Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems

    + Complete electrical, plumbing, painting, and general facility tasks

    + Diagnose and repair production machinery, compressors, boilers, and ancillary equipment

    + Partner with maintenance and production teams to resolve issues quickly

    + Research, source, and order parts and supplies

    + Support emergency maintenance needs and occasional weekend or shift changes

    + Maintain and troubleshoot belts, drives, sheaves, chains, and other power‑transmission components

    + Apply safe work practices in all maintenance activities

    •** **Essential Skills

    + Proven experience as a maintenance technician

    + Strong mechanical aptitude

    + Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting proficiency

    + Knowledge of hydraulics and facility systems

    •** **Additional Requirements

    + Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and work on hard surfaces for extended periods

    + Manual dexterity to handle tools and equipment

    + Strong communication skills with production personnel

    + Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of Omaha, NE.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $48000.00 - $62000.00/yr.
