Job Title: Lathe Machinist
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Lathe Machinist to operate multiple CNC Hardinge Lathe machines in accordance with work orders. This role involves operating a Wire EDM machine for long-run production, performing machine setups with a technician, deburring parts, and conducting quality inspections using various measurement tools. General maintenance on machines will also be required when needed.
Responsibilities
+ Operate multiple CNC Hardinge Lathe machines as per work orders.
+ Set up and operate Wire EDM machine for long-run production.
+ Collaborate with a technician to fully set up machines when necessary.
+ Deburr parts and inspect them using micrometers, calipers, pin gauges, vision systems, and CMM.
+ Perform general maintenance on machines as needed.
Essential Skills
+ 2+ years of recent CNC Lathe experience.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Proficiency in quality inspection and using g&m codes.
+ Experience with tool changes and machine offsets.
+ Knowledge of Fanuc systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with Twin Spindle lathe machining.
+ Familiarity with Nakumura machines.

The workplace is ISO 9001:2008 and ISO certified, featuring a clean shop environment with newer machines. The team is family-oriented and the shop maintains a friendly atmosphere.

This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
