Job Title: Associate Tech/Machine Operator
Job Description
As an Associate Tech/Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up machines daily, tracking machine output and equipment downtime, compiling reports for supervisors, and making minor machine adjustments and troubleshooting. This role requires basic computer literacy and a comfort with wearing latex gloves and clean room attire throughout the day. The position involves lifting materials, moving them around the manufacturing floor, and standing for extended periods.
Responsibilities
+ Complete daily machine setups and ensure basic computer tasks are managed efficiently.
+ Track daily machine output and equipment downtime accurately.
+ Compile daily reports for supervisors, ensuring all data is correct and up-to-date.
+ Perform minor machine adjustments and troubleshooting as needed.
+ Lift materials into machines for input and output, ensuring safety and efficiency.
+ Move materials around the manufacturing floor as required.
+ Wear required protective gear, including gloves and a surgeon mask, throughout the shift.
+ Stand and move for 8-10+ hours a day, adapting to a fast-paced environment.
+ Learn from observing others and asking questions to improve skills and efficiency.
+ Commit to the job with longevity, follow directions, and perform morning stretching exercises.
+ Adapt quickly to a super-fast-paced environment.
Essential Skills
+ Basic computer literacy

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ No prior experience required, but helpful
+ Good attendance is crucial
+ Open to working 6 days a week and overtime if necessary

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Foothill Ranch, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.97 - $20.97/hr.
