Job Title: Quality Assurance Supervisor** **Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee one of our seven production lines. This role focuses on ensuring employee safety, product quality, and maintaining positive employee relations while adhering to company standards for productivity, yield, and material usage.

Responsibilities

+ Supervise production line to ensure employee safety and product quality.

+ Manage employee relations and ensure adherence to company standards.

+ Oversee production processes for productivity, yield, and material usage.

+ Ensure that QA technicians operate efficiently on the production floor.

+ Conduct end-of-shift production reports for the second shift superintendent.

+ Regularly check and secure doors, replace full bug and rodent traps, and clean any spillage from the production team.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in quality assurance within the food production industry.

+ Knowledge of food safety and process improvement.

+ Ability to supervise and manage production operations.

+ Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in continuous improvement and production supervision.

+ Strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols.
