Job Title: Laborer

**Shift:** Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm.

Job Description

Join our team as a Laborer where you'll be responsible for refurbishing and cleaning aluminum formwork. Your tasks will include using hammers to remove excess cement, performing quality checks on aluminum forms, spray painting, bundling, and loading forms onto trucks.

Responsibilities

+ Refurbish and clean aluminum formwork.

+ Use hammers to knock off excess cement.

+ Perform quality checks on aluminum forms.

+ Spray paint aluminum forms.

+ Bundle and load forms onto trucks.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in construction.

+ Proficiency in using hand tools.

+ Capability to perform manual labor.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in landscaping, general labor, concrete work, and carpentry.

+ Familiarity with power tools.

Work Environment

Work in a small company with 35 individuals in the yard. The work environment requires wearing steel-toed boots, jeans, and T-shirts, with a prohibition on cut-off T-shirts. The first shift operates from 6 am to 4:30 pm, providing a structured yet flexible schedule.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nazareth, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
