Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Technician** **Job Description
Join a dynamic team at a high-speed converting facility specializing in corrugated boxes. The role involves ensuring all equipment remains operational in a high-pressure, Just-In-Time production environment. You will be tasked with troubleshooting from Screen to Fault and minimizing downtime, with 80% of work being reactive and 20% preventative.
Responsibilities
+ Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues using PLCs and ladder logic.
+ Maintain and repair high-speed converting equipment, including specialty folders, compression tables, and die cutters.
+ Perform electrical troubleshooting up to 480 volts.
+ Work with motors, drives, gear systems, and pulleys.
+ Ensure continuous operation by minimizing equipment downtime.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting through ladder logic.
+ Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, particularly with 480 volts.
+ Experience with motors and drives.
+ Expertise in Allen Bradley PLCs.
+ Understanding of control systems, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with Siemens, Wiege, and Mitsubishi controls.
+ Skills in preventive maintenance, calibration, and repair.
+ Familiarity with pumps, ink systems, conveyors, and strappers.
+ Experience in high-speed manufacturing environments is advantageous.

Work Environment
Work in a demanding environment with 10-hour shifts, primarily Monday to Friday, 6am-4pm. Initial training may require supporting the 2nd shift. The facility operates 24/6, with a 50-hour work week expected. Flexibility is essential, but weekend overtime is currently not required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $50.00/hr.
