    Job Title: Reno/Service Technician (Apartment Maintenance)

    Job Description

    Under general supervision, the Reno/Service Technician performs skilled and semi-skilled duties involved in the cleaning, alterations, maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of residential units. This includes tasks related to carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, masonry, and appliance repairs and installation.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform skilled and semi-skilled cleaning, alterations, maintenance, and repairs both inside and outside residential units.

    + Conduct carpentry, electrical, plumbing, drywall repair, and painting tasks.

    + Handle appliance repairs and installations.

    + Utilize hand and power tools including sawzall, cordless drill or impact, finish nailgun, and grinder.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and drywall repair.

    + Mechanically inclined with hands-on skills.

    + Experience using hand and power tools including sawzall, cordless drill or impact, finish nailgun, and grinder.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Willingness to learn and maintain a positive attitude.

    + Bilingual skills are a plus.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
