General Production Associate – East Moline, IL

**Pay:** $16–$19/hour

**Shift:** 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Job Overview

We are seeking dependable **General Production Associates** to support multiple production lines handling heavy, medium, and small parts. This role involves loading, unloading, masking, and organizing components throughout the production process to ensure smooth workflow and quality output.

Key Responsibilities

+ Load, unload, and mask components onto designated production lines

+ Pull parts in response to requests from various lines and departments

+ Remove completed parts and deliver parts/kits to the appropriate areas

+ Arrange parts on racks and place racks onto the assembly line conveyor

+ Clean metal surfaces as required

+ Follow detailed work instructions and support the production process

+ Maintain assigned tools and equipment

+ Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

+ Perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, lifting, and repetitive movements

Top Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in **general labor** , **production** , or **manufacturing**

+ **Ability to use basic hand tools**

+ **Strong communication and teamwork skills**

+ **Ability to follow written and verbal instructions**

+ **Reliability and attention to detail**

+ **Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment**

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Moline, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
