Job Title: Packager – 3-Day Weekends + Brand New Facility

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented **Packager** to join our team. In this role, you’ll prepare, inspect, and package parts for shipment, ensuring every product meets our quality standards. If you enjoy hands‑on work, staying organized, and being part of a supportive team, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a modern, fast‑paced environment.

What You’ll Do

+ Prepare and package parts according to the **Bill of Materials (BOM)**

+ **Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet quality standards before painting**

+ **Choose the right packaging materials to protect parts during shipping**

+ **Label, organize, and stage packaged parts in designated shipping areas**

+ **Troubleshoot routine issues using basic problem‑solving skills**

+ **Assist with additional tasks as needed**

What You Bring

+ Experience in **packaging, production, or general labor**

+ **Ability to perform inspections and follow quality standards**

+ **Basic problem‑solving skills and the ability to follow work orders**

+ **High School Diploma or equivalent**

+ **Ability to use small hand tools—or willingness to learn**

+ **Physical ability to lift, pack, stack, and wrap up to 50 lbs regularly**

Work Environment & Schedule

+ Monday–Thursday schedule: **6:00 AM – 4:30 PM**

+ **Enjoy 3‑day weekends every week**

+ Non‑climate‑controlled production environment (can be warm in summer)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Virginia Beach, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
