    Job Title: Food Preparation Specialist** **Job Description

     

    We are seeking a dedicated Food Preparation Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and assembling meals according to menu specifications, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities

    + Prepare and assemble meals, including hot dogs, burgers, salads, and sandwiches, according to menu specifications.

    + Operate food warming and cooking equipment such as grills, toasters, and microwaves.

    + Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the kitchen, serving area, and dining space.

    + Provide excellent customer service, handling transactions and responding to customer inquiries.

    + Manage cash register transactions, handle payments, and make change efficiently.

    + Restock supplies, ingredients, and paper products as needed.

    + Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.

    + Work efficiently and effectively during peak periods, maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

    + Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and high-quality food.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in food service or hospitality.

    + Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.

    + Basic cooking skills and familiarity with food preparation equipment.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in grill cooking and fast food preparation.

    + Strong customer service skills.

    This is a Contract position based out of Leesburg, FL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $14.00 - $19.00/hr.
