Job Title:** **General Laborer

**Location:** San Angelo, TX

**Project Duration:** 4–6 Weeks (with potential overtime)

About the Role

We’re seeking **General Laborers** to join a commercial facility expansion project in San Angelo. This is a hands-on role supporting concrete and carpentry crews, maintaining a clean and safe jobsite, and assisting with daily tasks to keep the project on track.

Key Responsibilities

+ Assist carpentry and concrete teams with basic tasks

+ Move and organize materials, tools, and equipment across the site

+ Set up and break down work areas as needed

+ Support rebar placement, formwork, and concrete preparation

+ Operate basic hand tools (shovels, brooms, wheelbarrows, drills, etc.)

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

+ Perform site prep, backfilling, and other general labor duties

+ Follow all safety guidelines and supervisor instructions

Qualifications

+ Previous construction or outdoor labor experience preferred

+ Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods

+ Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

+ Reliable, hardworking, and able to follow directions

+ Willingness to work long shifts when required

Work Environment

This is an **outdoor construction setting** , requiring physical stamina and the ability to work in demanding conditions.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of San Angelo, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
