    **Job Title: PM Technician** 

    Job Description

    We are seeking talented PM Technicians to manage the changing of air filters and perform other preventive maintenance tasks on machines that are not currently running. This role does not require candidates to be maintenance technicians or troubleshooters.

    Responsibilities

    + Change air filters on machines that are not in operation.

    + Complete any additional preventive maintenance tasks required during the shift.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in mechanical tasks, installation, and preventive maintenance.

    Work Environment

     

    The role is based in a climate-controlled, clean manufacturing facility with a machine shop production environment. Work is scheduled for off-shifts with one position on the 2nd shift from 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM, and another on the 3rd shift from 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM. Initial training will occur over 2-4 weeks on the 1st shift, requiring candidates to work 40 hours a week until they are fully trained. Candidates must be flexible to work both shifts as assigned

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lafayette, IN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr.
