Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated maintenance technician to join our team at a manufacturing plant located in Albuquerque, NM. You will collaborate with a maintenance team to perform preventive maintenance and reactive repairs on manufacturing equipment. Responsibilities

+ Perform preventive maintenance and reactive repairs on manufacturing equipment.

+ Troubleshoot, repair, and replace 3-phase motors and conveyor systems.

+ Conduct electrical repairs and maintenance, including working with 480 volts.

+ Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

+ Perform welding and fabrication tasks as required.

+ Utilize multimeters and work with industrial pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLC troubleshooting.

+ Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety procedures, including LOTO (lock out tag out).

Essential Skills

+ 2+ years of experience as a maintenance mechanic.

+ Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing 3-phase motors and conveyor systems.

+ Experience with electrical repairs and working with 480 volts.

+ Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

+ Welding experience.

+ Familiarity with LOTO safety procedures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

+ Knowledge of troubleshooting and electrical maintenance.

+ Ability to work with industrial equipment in a manufacturing setting.
