    Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

    **Pay:** 70K-85K

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations within our food manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will manage technician workflows, support production priorities, and implement strategies for efficiency improvements.

    Responsibilities

    + Supervise, organize, and control technician workflow.

    + Support production priorities and enhance efficiencies through continuous improvement and analysis.

    + Prepare and manage site preventative maintenance programs using MAXIMO (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

    + Manage spare parts inventory and accuracy, including sourcing replacement parts for repairs, rebuilds, and preventative maintenance.

    + Troubleshoot and make minor modifications to various PLC systems.

    Essential Skills

    + Mechanical, maintenance, GMP, repair, troubleshoot machinery.

    + 5 years of Maintenance Supervisory experience in an Industrial Manufacturing environment.

    + Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical power transmission systems, such as chain drives and gearboxes.

    + Ability to read and follow blueprints, drawings, and schematics.

    + Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair of mechanical equipment, including pumps, seals, bearings, and blowers.

    + Proficiency in troubleshooting automated processes, installing and repairing new and existing equipment, and responding to machine and equipment issues.

    + Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance CMMS systems.

    + Proficiency in hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree or Associate's degree in a technical related field preferred.

    + Preferably food industry experience.

    + Food processing experience is advantageous.

    + Proficiency with electrical systems and troubleshooting with AC and DC voltages and PLCs.

    + PLC programming knowledge is a plus.

    Work Environment

     

    Work within a clean food manufacturing facility that is production-driven and a major hub for chocolate manufacturing. The facility experiences temperature variations, being hot in the summer and cold in the winter, and involves working around machinery at high temperatures. The hours are 1st Shift, Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 3:30 pm.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eddystone, PA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $40.87/hr.
