Production Worker – 1st Shift (East Moline, IL)

**Pay:** $16–$18/hr

**Shift:** 1st shift — 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

**Location:** East Moline, IL

About the Role

We are seeking **Production Team Members** to join a growing manufacturing environment in East Moline. This position involves a variety of hands‑on tasks across multiple warehouse departments, including Pipe Cell, Saw Operation, Receiving, Shipping, and Work Orders.

You will support production operations by pulling copper tubing/pipe for orders, preparing materials for shipment, and completing general warehouse duties. Products are shipped to major customers such as large home improvement retailers.

Key Responsibilities

+ Move pipe to designated pick locations

+ Pull pipe orders accurately

+ Bar‑code and/or label pipe

+ Bundle and wrap pipe

+ Cut pipe according to cut sheets

+ Identify and segregate pipe scrap

+ Prepare and wrap product for shipment

+ Load outbound shipments

+ Unload trucks when needed

What You’ll Be Doing

You will pull copper tubing/pipe, apply protective covering, and prepare materials for safe and accurate shipment. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, and comfort with physical labor.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Moline, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
