    Job Title: Woodworker Helper

    Job Description

    Join our team as a Woodworker Helper and collaborate on fabricating high-quality cabinetry for commercial and institutional projects. This role involves reading blueprints, troubleshooting fabrication issues, and working with various materials to create custom items such as radius walls and teller lines.

    Responsibilities

    + Read and fabricate from blueprints.

    + Troubleshoot fabrication issues and develop solutions.

    + Fabricate radius walls, teller lines, nurse stations, and other custom items.

    + Work with various materials including particle board, solid surface, laminate, and veneer.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in wood finishing and blueprint reading.

    + Ability to fabricate using hand and power tools.

    + Skilled in assembly, sanding, and building using tape measures.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in cabinet making or woodworking, or wood finishing.

    + Familiarity with standard woodworking tools such as table saws, routers, and multiple hand tools.

    + Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

    + Strong work ethic and ability to work as a team player.

    + Willingness to work overtime.

    + Vocational degree in woodworking is helpful.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Crosse, WI.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
