Job Title: Receiving Clerk - 3rd Shift** **Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Receiving Clerk to join our team on the 3rd shift. This role involves assisting with physical inventories, cycle counts, and ensuring proper stock rotation. The ideal candidate will inspect pallets and cases for proper quantities, items, brands, lot codes, and damages while following special instructions. You will maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area, assist in warehouse security, conduct operations safely, and participate in all assigned training programs. Additional responsibilities may include forklift operations and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

+ Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts, ensuring proper stock rotation.

+ Inspect pallets and cases for proper quantities, items, brands, lot codes, and damages.

+ Follow special instructions on the Work Assignment Form and additional documentation.

+ Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.

+ Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse.

+ Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.

+ Participate in all assigned training programs and adhere to all learnings.

+ Perform other forklift responsibilities when case pick work is completed.

+ Execute additional job duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with sanitation and cleaning in a warehouse setting.

+ Stand Up Forklift operation skills.

+ Ability to complete all warehouse functions in a Cold Storage facility.

+ Inventory management skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in a cold storage facility is preferred.

+ Ability to work night shifts from 10:30 PM to 7 AM.

Work Environment

This position is based in a cold storage facility, requiring employees to work in low-temperature conditions. The role involves night shifts from 10:30 PM to 7 AM, with options available from Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Century, KS.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.67 - $23.67/hr.
