Job Title: Concrete Polisher – Growth Opportunity + Steady Overtime

About the Role

In this role, you’ll handle everything from **core drilling** and **flat sawing** to **polishing concrete to a high‑gloss finish** . You’ll also support pipe and conduit installation by removing or cutting concrete as needed.

What You’ll Do

+ Perform **core drilling** into set concrete

+ **Polish and finish** concrete surfaces to a glossy, professional standard

+ Remove concrete to support **pipe and conduit installations**

+ **Use flat saws** to cut concrete or create custom patterns

What You Bring

+ Experience in **concrete work, construction, or rebar handling**

+ **Strong skills in polishing, sawing, core drilling, joint sealing, and concrete repair**

+ **Ability to operate heavy equipment and hand tools** safely and efficiently

+ At least **2 years of relevant experience** preferred

+ Comfortable with **heavy lifting** and physical work

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Norfolk, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $27.00/hr.
