Job Title: General Production Worker – Multiple Shifts + Training Provided

About the Role

Step into a hands-on production role where you’ll help assemble **high‑quality polymer insulators** used in major electrical systems. Whether you’re experienced in manufacturing or looking to grow your skills, this position offers **full training** , **cross‑training opportunities** , and **three shift options** to fit your schedule.

What You’ll Do

+ Assemble polymer insulators on the production line with accuracy and efficiency

+ Perform **basic crimping tasks** (no experience needed—training provided)

+ Use **hand and power tools** for various production tasks

+ Cross‑train in multiple roles to expand your skill set

+ Operate **molding machines** to produce high‑quality components

+ Complete packaging and assembly work according to company standards

+ Conduct routine **inspections and quality checks** to ensure product excellence

What You Bring

+ Experience with **material handling** , **machine operation** , or general production

+ Familiarity with **inspection** , **quality control** , or molding machines

+ Ability to use hand tools or power tools

+ Willingness to float between different areas of the production line

+ Mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic

Work Environment & Schedule

+ Non‑climate‑controlled production facility (can get hot in summer)

+ Water allowed at workstations to stay hydrated

+ Choose from **three shifts** :

+ **1st Shift:** 7:00am–3:15pm

+ **2nd Shift:** 3:00pm–11:15pm

+ **3rd Shift:** 11:00pm–7:15am

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Virginia Beach, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
