    Shipping & Receiving Associate – 2nd Shift

    Shift & Pay

    + **Schedule:** 2nd Shift | 2:15 PM – 10:30 PM

    + **Pay Rate:** $20.35 per hour

    Your Role

    + Apply **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)** consistently in all tasks.

    + Represent our **mission and values** every day.

    + Follow **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)** without exception.

    + Accurately **pick, pack, and prepare orders** for shipment.

    + Inspect shipments to ensure **TSA security compliance** .

    + Complete transactions in **warehouse and distribution systems** .

    + Prioritize and process orders based on leadership direction.

    + Monitor storage conditions and verify shipment temperatures.

    + Safely load trucks using **pallet jacks and other equipment** .

    + Identify opportunities to improve **efficiency and quality** .

    + Maintain a **clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment** .

    What We’re Looking For

    + **Education:** High School Diploma or GED required.

    + Ability to work **overtime when needed** .

    + Physically able to lift **40–75 lbs** and operate pallet jacks.

    + Comfortable with **extended walking, standing, and data entry** .

    + Strong **team player** with excellent collaboration skills.

    + Basic computer proficiency ( **Microsoft Office** ) and attention to detail.

    + Willingness to work in **refrigerated environments** with proper PPE.

    + **Demonstrated good tenure with previous employers** (consistent work history and reliability).

    Preferred Skills

    + Forklift certification or experience.

    + Previous **warehouse or distribution experience** .

    + Familiarity with **current GMP standards** .

    + Experience in **pharmaceutical or clinical logistics** .

    + **Proven track record of long-term employment and reliability in similar roles** .

    Work Environment

     

    This role is based in a **distribution facility** with loading docks and refrigerated areas. Safety is our top priority, and all necessary PPE will be provided.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Breinigsville, PA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.35/hr.
