    Job Title: Production Associate** **Job Description

     

    We are seeking dedicated individuals for direct placement positions in our manufacturing team. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for the assembly of radiators and radiator coils for copper piping systems. You will work off of blueprints and use hand and measuring tools to cut, measure, and assemble products. The role involves applying screws using a drill for metal brackets and reading a tape measure daily to ensure specifications are met in the assembly process.

    Responsibilities

    + Utilize work orders and blueprints to ensure work is assembled according to specifications.

    + Complete work within estimated time frames.

    + Collaborate with a team to ensure products are produced on time.

    + Communicate any machine complications or challenges to lead/supervisor.

    + Participate in 5S, cleaning and organizing methods.

    + Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and quality standards.

    Essential Skills

    + 6 months of Mechanical Assembly experience.

    + Ability to read blueprints.

    + Ability to measure via measuring tape.

    + Ability to assemble products using a variety of hand tools.

    + Ability to stand for 8-10 hours a day.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

    + High School Degree / GED / Certificate.

    + Basic Computer Skills.

    + Knowledge of PPE (Steel toes, ear and eye protection).

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Ability to convert fractions to decimals and vice versa - training and cheat sheets provided.

    + Experience in metal fabrication/metal joining.

    + Experience with progressive stamping.

    + Skilled in performing quality inspections.

    + OSHA certification.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Chaska, MN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $45780.00 - $47860.00/yr.

     

    Competitive Pay: Pay range $22.01-27.50/hr.
