_Crittenton Children's Center is currently seeking a part time Intake Assistant!_

Job Description

The Intake Assistant manages admissions process for all hospital and residential admissions.

10am-10pm Saturday and Sunday. Possibility of additional daytime hours during the week. Some minor holiday work required

Triages phone calls from hospitals seeking transfers and community members,

Tracks bed availability

Schedules admissions

Coordinates transfer process from other hospitals

Prepares consents for admission

Completes registration process in medical records system, enters data tracked by department in spreadsheet

Coordinates mobile response work

Supports intake clinicians

Must have at least one year of related experience

Bachelors degree in a related field (psychology, social work, counseling)
