Service Receptionist

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hourly

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Qualifications:

+ A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.

+ Reliable, shows up on time ready to work

+ Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.

+ Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.

+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

+ Previous receptionist experience is a plus.

+ Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

Responsibilities:

+ Greet and assist customers who enter the store showroom.

+ Answer & direct incoming calls and inquires.

+ Assist the Office Manager and/or General Manager with various clerical duties as needed.

+ Set service center appointments

+ Shuttle/Courtesy driver duties

+ Maintain loaner car program
