    Delivery Coordinator Responsibilities:

    + Meet with sales team & F&I Manager every morning to schedule deliveries

    + Verify paperwork & scan to central billing office (CBO)

    + Check for stipulations and pull documents that need to be signed by customer

    + Be contact person for CBO questions and/or missing documents

    + Follow up on daily deliveries to make sure they come up in the run

    + After delivery, meet with Sales Managers for V-auto, recap, commissions, etc.

    + Return deals to CBO

    + Help resolve funding delays in timely manner

    Qualifications:

    + Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency

    + Excellent communication skills both written and oral

    + Ability to prioritize workload and manage one’s own time

    + Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residenc

     

    High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. We are a drug free workplace.     The estimated annual earning range for this position is $18 to $20, which includes commissions on (“Individual Payable Gross”) and/or bonus opportunities such as (“Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability”). Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentive as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
