    Certifications: CompTIA Security+CE and ServiceNow Administration Certification

     

    Education: BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

    Job description:

    + Ideal candidate will have eight (8) years of IT related experience

    + ServiceNow platform administration and customization

    + ServiceNow User management, roles, and access control using CAC/Smartcard

    + ServiceNow Workflow design and automation

    + ServiceNow Integration with external systems

    + Application of ServiceNow updates and patches

    + Validate Security posture using STIGs and other DOD standards of OS and ServiceNOW application.

    + Designing and maintaining ServiceNow data backup, restoration, and disaster recovery processes

    + Maintaining OS and ServiceNow compliance with upgrades, patches, and pdates

    + Help design and implement ServiceNow failover activities and/or processes to execute in a disaster recovery scenario
