Job Title: Brand RepresentativeJob Description
As a Brand Representative, you will assist customers in identifying their needs and recommend appropriate products or services. You will provide product demonstrations and explanations, maintain up-to-date knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, and product information. Additionally, you will process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, ensuring that the store's visual merchandising is appealing and products are neatly organized.
Responsibilities
+ Assist customers in identifying their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
+ Provide product demonstrations and explanations to customers.
+ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, and product information.
+ Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
+ Ensure the store's visual merchandising is appealing and products are neatly organized.
+ Assist with inventory management tasks like unpacking deliveries and checking inventory levels.
+ Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
+ Achieve individual sales targets and collaborate with the team to meet store sales goals.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the sales floor and stockroom.
+ Participate in store meetings, training, and workshops as required.
+ Adhere to company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and security measures.
+ Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales techniques and customer service skills.
+ Maintain a professional and polished appearance that aligns with the brand's image.
Essential Skills
+ 1+ year of retail sales experience
+ Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
+ Customer service experience
+ Sales support
+ Retail customer service experience
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Strong work ethic and a commitment to company's values
+ Ability to work in shift duty
+ Ability to work in a team environment
+ Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities

Work Environment
The work environment includes daily store hours from 11am to 6pm, with weekend coverage required. This is a part-time position with an expectation of working 20-40 hours per week. The store lease is secured through April 2026. You will have the opportunity to work with a leading global lifestyle brand in a viral pop-up setting, with long-term store plans and the possibility to convert to a permanent employee.

This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
