    Join our dynamic team as an **Application Analyst** **I** **– Epic Beacon** , where you’ll tackle complex business challenges through technology, workflow, and integration solutions. This role offers the opportunity to influence system design, lead cross-functional problem-solving, and make a measurable impact on our operational efficiency and digital transformation initiatives.

    Role Overview

    + Maintain and develop new documentation tools such as flow sheet, smart sets, and notes

    + Assistwith answering tickets in EPICworkques

    + Analyze complex business problems and design technology, integration, and workflow solutions.

    + Identifysystem gaps and provide technicalexpertiseto inform functional specifications.

    + Collaborateclosely withinternal stakeholders

    + Actively contribute to technical discussions, offering insights that improve solutions.

    + Assistwith workqueswithin EPIC

    Key Qualifications

    + Active certificationin EpicAmbulatoryrequired

    + Epic Beacon certificationpreferred, certification required to be obtained after starting in role (MSK will sponsor)

    + Proven ability to work independently while contributing within cross-functional teams.

    + Strong understanding of business process analysis and system design.

    Core Skills

    + Ability to work in ahigh volumeenvironment with limited supervision

    + Ability to clarify ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions.

    + Proficiencyin configuring and scaling systems to support business goals.

    + Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage peers, users, andothers

    + Schedule: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday

    + Location: Hybrid; 3x a month (with flexibility as needed) at 633 Third Ave, New York, NY

    Pay Range: $90,700.00 - $145,300.00

    FSLA Status: Exempt
