The expected salary range for this position is: $70k/yr - $75k/yr

Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00am–5:30pm + OT

Owens & Minor, a Fortune 500 leader in healthcare supply chain, is hiring an operations Supervisor for our 3PL facility. This role oversees daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping—with a strong focus on service excellence for our clients. Candidates with experience supporting retail customers, retail distribution, or meeting retailer compliance requirements are strongly preferred.

What You’ll Do

+ Lead daily warehouse operations and supervise warehouse teams.

+ Communicate with client including retail partners to ensure accurate and on-time fulfillment.

+ Plan labor, assign daily tasks, and maintain production schedules.

+ Ensure compliance with safety standards and federal regulations (DEA/OSHA).

+ Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate teammates.

+ Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Purchasing, and Customer Service to support client needs.

What We're Looking For

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ 1+ year of supervisory experience; 2+ years warehouse experience preferred.

+ Experience with retail accounts (e.g., routing guides, labeling, appointment scheduling, OTIF requirements) is a strong plus.

+ Ability to use Windows-based systems and operational reporting tools.

+ Certification on warehouse equipment (or ability to obtain).
