Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The primary responsibility will be processing incoming returned mail, which includes:

+ Sorting, opening, and reviewing documents and customer information in the Jack Henry Xperience system.

+ Determining whether to flag accounts for bad addresses.

+ Sending customer template letters and Change of Address (COA) forms when USPS provides updated information.

+ Remailing documents if the address has been updated since the original mailing.

+ Documenting customer numbers and dates, then scanning for archival in the department drive.

Key Responsibilities

+ Handle 50–150 pieces of mail daily.

+ Update addresses in the system accurately.

+ Utilize Word, Excel, and Jack Henry Xperience.

+ Operate Konica MFD for scanning and archiving.

Qualifications

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

+ Experience with Jack Henry Xperience preferred.

+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Work Environment

+ Fully onsite, 5 days a week.

+ Potential for extension based on workload.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Aurora, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
