Description

As a Patient Service Representative, you will help to ensure that patients and their families receive warm, friendly and considerate assistance. You will act as a liaison between patients and the professional staff in department and assist with a variety of administrative tasks. These include interviewing, registering, admitting, updating and creating patients’ medical records; performing accurate and timely processing of all professional/technical fees generated by department providers. We are looking for someone sensitive and helpful, with excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work effectively under minimal supervision, and a commitment to delivering the highest quality service

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: High school or equivalent. One (1) year of clerical support in a health care setting or related experience. Basic computer skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
