    Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking passionate EC Teachers for the 2025–2026 School Year!

     

    Job Type: Full-Time

     

    Start Date: ASAP

     

    Contract: 2025–2026 School Year

    As an EC Teacher, you’ll make a lasting difference in the lives of students with diverse learning needs. You’ll design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), collaborate with dedicated educators and families, and create an inclusive environment where every student can thrive academically and socially.

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    + Craft and execute personalized IEPs to meet each student’s unique goals.

    + Deliver engaging instruction and support across multiple learning settings.

    + Partner with general education teachers to adapt curriculum and foster inclusion.

    + Track progress and adjust strategies to ensure student success.

    + Build strong relationships with families through consistent communication.

    + Participate in IEP meetings and school-wide initiatives.

    + Maintain accurate records and documentation.

     

    What We’re Looking For

     

    + Education: Bachelor’s in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred).

    + Certification: Valid North Carolina teaching license.

    + Experience: Working with students with diverse learning needs.

    + Strong knowledge of IEP development and compliance.

    + Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

    + Patience, empathy, and a passion for empowering students.
