Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Mental Health Support Staff

Contract Type: 8-Week Assignment

Schedule Options:

+ 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

+ 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Hours: Full-Time (36–40 hours/week)

Start Date: January 12 or January 19

Openings: 4 positions available

Pay Details:

+ $16–$18/hour (based on experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide care and support for adolescent boys in a residential mental health facility. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, monitoring behavior, and ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities:

+ Provide direct care and supervision to adolescents in a residential setting.

+ Assist with daily routines, meals, and hygiene.

+ Support therapeutic and behavioral interventions as directed by clinical staff.

+ Maintain accurate documentation and incident reports.

+ Ensure safety and promote positive interactions among residents.

Requirements:

+ High school diploma or equivalent (some college or related experience preferred).

+ Experience working with adolescents or in mental health settings is a plus.

+ Ability to work scheduled shifts and maintain professionalism.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
