Pay: $24.00/hour

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 13 weeks Schedule: Monday–Friday + every other weekend (Mandatory 30-min break)

Shifts Available:

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Experience Needed:

1+ years in LTC, Skilled Nursing, or Substance Use

Must be reliable

Requirements:

• Active CNA certification in good standing

• Graduate from a CNA program

• 1 year CNA experience within the last 3 years preferred

• Knowledge of medical terminology & clerical functions

• Current CPR (if applicable)

• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest X-ray (if applicable)

• Current Health Certificate (per contract/state regulation)

• Must meet all federal, state & local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
