Occupational Therapist – School-Based Opportunity

In this role, you will:
+ Conduct client evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
+ Deliver engaging and effective occupational therapy services
+ Document progress and collaborate with educators and families to support student success
Position Details
+ Modality: Occupational Therapist
+ Grade Level: Elementary
+ Hours: 9–10 hours per week
+ Schedule Options:
+ 2 hours/day, 5 days per week
+ OR 3 hours/day, 3 days per week (Mon, Wed, Fri)
+ Start Date: ASAP through end of school year
Minimum Requirements
+ Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
+ Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
+ One (1) year of professional experience preferred
+ Current CPR certification (if applicable)
+ TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest X-ray (if applicable)
+ Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
